Batching Machines / Hopper
As they come out of processing machines either longitudinally or transversely, workpieces are batched or bundled one above the other with the aid of these machines, which are installed in front of stacking machines or strapping and/or shrink-wrapping machines.
These machines enable the efficiency of stacking machines to be increased, by transporting and stacking more than 1 workpiece per cycle. Depending on the number of workpieces, the stacking capacity of the machine can be multiplied.
Example 2

Special feature: the working height of the hopper can be adjusted by motor power to the working height of the planing machine. The hopper can be adjusted manually to different workpiece lengths and widths, likewise the hopper depth.

The machine adjusts automatically to the desired workpiece unit number. This machine can be also installed after cross-processing machines.
